To the next one of you

April 20, 2012

Lately I've had customers rushing into the store, knocking a few items off their wish-list when they really had no time to in the first place and then taking it out on me when they realize they're going to be late for whatever they're supposed to be doing. That "whatever" also, always, is on the complete opposite side of town and it's always my problem. This is starting to become a trend and I am not liking it. If you think you won't have time to squeeze something in before your prior engagement than chances are you won't, and when you're standing in line coming to the realization of this, there is nobody's decision to blame but you're own. We are not the fast food restaurant of retail, and we have no desire to rush our customers out the door, because you are late, and rude, and inconsiderate. Ugghhhh.
